PHAT = My favorite routine purely because it's fun. You can make gains on any routine but at the same time I just view phat as one of the more enjoyable ones. Some people hate it, I'm one of the ones that don't.

5/3/1 = Great Strength routine, I ran it with Dave Tates Periodization Bible for my assistance work.

Since you're bulking just choose a routine that best suits your end goals

blue plate =20kg ~44lbs
yellow plate =15kg ~33lbs

Can't remember the others off the top of my head but I'm sure it won't be too hard to work out by comparison

Phat looks fun, but i agree what you said fireman. kinda looked like alot of exercises on the hypertrophy days, was thinking about taking a few away and adding more sets to others
