Hey guys.

I'm looking for a good iOS app for fitness and bodybuilding since I can't remember the process of my training. Do you have any recommendation. I will try your suggestion because I really need on.

I'm not native English speaker so forgive me if i make any grammatical mistakes.

Dunno if GoogleDocs is an app for apple but having word/spreadsheet everywhere is insanely convenient if you feel like taking the time to make templates/upload them to your drive.

+1 for this. Google docs kicks ass. The only issue is there is no 'back' button. so if you pocked type a bunch of shit you cant go back to what you had. It instantly updates.

Lately I've just been using a screenshot of a spreadsheet of my routine. My spreadsheet tells me how many sets/reps/weight so I know exactly what I'm going to do. I only change the weight I lift about once a month so I don't have the need for an app.

I have tried Jefit too, it's really a good app. Lately, my friend just send me a app called Wrkout- it's also really great. It's a new app on the Market.
Thank you you all but i mean the real app, not Google Docs, lol
