Okay, So this is my first log ever... yeah.
I will tell a little about myself, I'm from the Holy - Land, 21 Y/O, 6'8 and about 250 lbs.

I signed one month ago in one of the best basketball teams in Israel. (about the same level as NBA D-League Lol)
I'm Studying hotel management and business and in my free time help manage some of my family businesses..

I started lifting 6 years ago... Because I love it, and I always seek to improve myself in every aspect of life.

My weight training workout based on Upper/Lower splits - Four time a week.

Today's workout! (Took it pretty easy on myself since I got game tomorrow)

Lower Body :

Squat - 2 x 315 x 12

SLDL - 2 x 290 x 15

Bulgarian Split Squat - 3 x 60 Dumbbell each hand x 10

GHR - 3 x 20

Calves raises - 4 x 50 (One legged).

Supermen - 3 x 12 And some more core work.

I didn't max a lot of years though, I can assume my maxes are around 600 DL , 500 SQ and 340 BP (Yeah, dam long arms XD)

I went to Madrid for a few days for a little break from everything... Great city.

So I arrived today and worked on upper body :

Bench Press : 275 x 8, 315 x 5, 330 x 2, 290 x 6.

Seated Dumbbell shoulder press : 4 x 90 x 8

Pull ups : 4 x 12

Kroc Rows : 2 x 140 x 10

Face pulls : 4-5 x Whocares?

Pushdowns : 3 x Max weight x 15

I do one exercise for core and posterior chain any second day (easy on those ones).

Finished the workout with some rotator cuff exercises and rehab work.
