Push Pull LegsSplit Advice

Push/Pull/Legs question15475

I've began my lean bulk and have decided to start a p/p/l routine. The gym I have access to is only available Mon-Wednesday.
Questions
Is it okay to do this routine back to back mom-wed?
What about the remaining 4 consecutive off days?
Should I just do accessory work/cardio?

it is okay

it would be easier if you post your routine

If that's your only option, seems like that's what you have to go with. I've run PPL three days in a row, usually like P/P/L/off/P/P/L/repeat, never had any problems. Nothing wrong with doing some cardio on the off days as long as you work it into your overall physical activity for your diet.

@Beans @leanr0x thx guys. I'm actually going to do the routine Monday Wednesday and Friday. I've gained acces to another gym on Fridays where I can do legs that day.

Shrugs are not a push movement.
Too much push vs. pull.
Leg extensions.
Too much quad vs. ham. -3X
