Height : 183cm/6 ft
weight before : 74kg/165LB
weight after : 78kg/171LB
bodyfat before/after.. no big deference : between 10-15
my diet: in first four months 2000 to 2500 Calories daily, then 2500 to 3000 calories. so simple ha? I don't like talkin about meals..
Tell me what you think about my progress and where is the weakest point.."biceps"?
