Shoulders too big15446

Hi,

My shoulders start to look disproportionately bigger than my chest. I suppose it's because of poor technique of my chest exercises. So I even stopped having a separate shoulders workout.

Any tips on how to train chest with as little shoulders involvment as possible?

my chest workout is:
- incline db press
- incline flyes
- flat bb press
- weighted dips or cable crossovers

What is the 1RM for your OHP vs. your barbell bench press?

Are you working your chest 2x per week?

Yes, I'm working my chest twice a week.
ohp is around 55 and bench press 90

The thing is that I feel my shoulders much more than my chest after a chest workout...

Shoulders Magee..Lets see a picture. It might just be genetics and you have a broad span...all the better for adding size to. I would not skip working out your shoulders for overall function.
