Lol that leg routine makes my hamstrings tight just looking at it. Most of the guys on the main site have awesome physiques and I look through them from time to time, that's how I found this site. On the other hand, most of them are complete bros, give terrible advice, and are not where you should get your routines from.

I saw that too. When i see the sets of 20 reps and that much volume i just tell myself that that is only beneficial when drugs are involved. Dude is jacked though.

Apart from leg day imballance, if you can handle high volume, it looks fine to me. Not sure why so many SS members hate these bro splits so much. I made ALL my noob gains using splits like these, and @the1 did/does the same. If you enjoy this style, then nothing wrong with it.

@brian12 Haha same here. But I wish I hadn't. I wish I had hit all of my muscles 2x a week and spent more time working on compound movements. I don't think there is necessarily something "wrong" with a bro split, but when you start getting into 8+ exercises of 3-5 sets of 10-20 reps, it really starts to become hard to measure progressive overload. If I'm doing 100 reps for an exercise, I imagine it being really hard to go up in reps/weight.

Just my opinion. He asked for thoughts, so those are mine.

Gerardo Gabriel does this routine and is jacked. Doesn't mean it's a good one.
