PHUL vs Lyle GBR??15382

Im about to switch up my routine a little bit after some months, looking towards the routine that is more fore size, but at same time some strength work, who would be best toward size? i really like the exercise change in PHUL, but would it be better for size then just keep it the same?

PHUL:
Upper Power:
Bench: 5x5
BB Row: 5x5
OHP: 3x6-10
Pulldown: 3x6-10
Skullcrush: 3x8-12
Bar Curl: 3x8-12

Lower:
Squat: 5x5
Deadlift: 3x5
Leg Curl: 3x6-10
Calve: 3x8-12
Rope Crunch: 3x8-12

Upper Hyper:
Incline DB Press: 4x6-10
Chest Press: 3x8-12
Seated Row: 4x6-10
Dumbell row: 3x8-12
Shrugs/Raise: 3x8-12
CGBP: 3x8-12
DB Curl: 3x8-12

Lower Hyper:
Squat
Lunge
Leg curl
Calve
Abs



Or Lyle mcdonalds bulking routine:

Mon: Lower
Squat: 3-4X6-8/3′ (3-4 sets of 6-8 with a 3′ rest)
SLDL or leg curl: 3-4X6-8/3′
Leg press: 2-3X10-12/2′
Another leg curl: 2-3X10-12/2′
Calf raise: 3-4X6-8/3′
Seated calf: 2-3X10-12/2′

Tue: Upper
Flat bench: 3-4X6-8/3′
Row: 3-4X6-8/3′
Incline bench or shoulder press: 2-3X10-12/2′
Pulldown/chin: 2-3X10-12/2′
Triceps: 1-2X12-15/1.5′
Biceps: 1-2X12-15/1.5′

And repeat
