|until now i have trained 5 years in row i changed a lot of routines i have got big back big chest big legs but i don't have big arms i increased my strength in arms i can lift very heavy weights but i don't have size what should i do ?
i read biggerarms.com that i should focus on my arms for 2-3 months to train them twice a week and don't give the other bodyparts maximum effort because to recover faster in the arms is this true ?! help please

Like you said, try training them with increased frequency for a period of time (6-8 weeks). You might need to take some volume away from other body parts in order to properly recover. As usual, make sure you're eating enough to grow.
