|So when i found this video i almost shit my pants as he also said he had problems with his knees in the video. The most ridicilus thing i have ever seen in my life from a famous youtuber beside mike chang.

|@lolssons I've honestly been prescribed these as a rehab for my knee.
Also johnny candito promotes them if ur knees are sore after squatting to use these as an optional exercise to lossen them out.
I agree they are dangerous when used incorrectly because the knee isn't necessarily ment to function in that locked position its not a natural movement. And if u go heavy i have hurt myself on these in a 6-8rep range when on PHAT. Thats why IF i do them it's never below 12reps and mostly single leg.
