So I have been doing this workout called the wild 20 which I found on muscle and strength. Com I am on my 3rd week and need some advice on either adding cardio or ab work

all sets are done with the same weight

Monday
Chest and tris
Bench press
3x5 3x10 1x20
Inclined db press
3x12
Machine inner chest press
3x12
Cable cross over
3x15
Skull crusher db
4x12
Cable rope pull down
4x15

Tuesday
Back and bis
Barbell row
3x5 3x10 1x20
Pull ups or inverted row
3xamap
Machine row
3x12
Wide lat pulldown
3x12
Alternated db curl
4x12
Cable row hammer curl
4x15

Thursday
Shoulders traps
Smith military press seated
3x5 3x10 1x20
Arnold press
3x12
Lateral raise
3x15
Rear delt fly

Barbell shrug

Smith machine shrug

Friday
Legs
squats

Leg press

It pretty much takes me 1 and a half hour to finish all of my workouts but I kind of need to lose some flab around my stomach I really need like a meal plan and well also cardio and or ab workout please help out

Thats just your usual bro split. With the usually bro split issues.

Needs more back work
Needs more hamstring work
Too many exercisws in my opinion
Too much shoulder work in my opinion
No deadlifts?

Wouldnt do that workout. Plus as gola said, best to workout each muscle twice a week.
