SO my Hip flexor feels a lot better after 2 weeks of physio/rehab

but I have been advised not to got for ATG squats..like bloody EVER as it might inflame my hips..due to me having Bilateral Acetublar retroversion

I can still go parallel but that too have ti build up slowly into my routine..

so..here I am..

Wil Give up all the "Buck Wild" workouts as the name given by @SRorhrbac0808

will start from scratch..a total rebuild.routine would more likely be a combo of PHAT and 5X5 or 5/3/1 progression..with lots of core work
