Basically the title. I don't want to be scolded by anyone I just want to ask something-

If you are a beginner and your goal is to look like a fitness model, why would starting strength; ICF 5x5; Stronglifts be the best "proven" programs for beginners when they are strength oriented ? I would appreciate if someone helps me on this one.

Isn't there a split routine with isolation work, or follow somebody's routine like Chris Jones form youtube Physiques of greatness or something I have been reading about called HST, will that lead me to nowhere ?

@asddsa most routines will work if you work the routine but the beginner routines are ideal places to start. Lots of people on this board (including me) learned the hard way. Don't be dumb like me.
