|done this in the past also, just light weight high reps for warm up. Didn't find it to be any more beneficial than lighter weight squats instead for warm up.|

|Just to warm up, I find it helps me engage my hams during squats. I do warm ups, working sets of squats, working sets of curls.|

|I guess it depends if you're trying more to build up your hamms as opposed to your squat.
I always blast my hamms after squats. Don't want to tire anything out that could hinder my squatting . . .

|Nope, don't see any problem with it thought, hamstrings is only stabilizers in squats.
Heck, 2 months ago i got a minor rupture in my left hamstring and during my whole rehabilitation i went on squatting as usual without any pain.

To train like a professional bodybuilder as a natural is just plain stupid.
They're like a V8 engine while a natural is like a moped engine.
