Old logs done, wendler is over and i've started Candito's 6week strength progression Program.
Currently in week 4.

Current macro's: 180-190p
420-450c
65-75f

Weight: 182.4lb.. +11lb from last cut.

(Everything felt WEAK as hell today, i was out sat night and wasn't very well all day sunday didnt hit macros, not even maintenance, also tight lower back and hip flexor prior to workout, didnt sleep last couple of nights either... DISASTER)

Made some UNREAL homemade burgers that were a bastard recipe of Jamie Oliver's and mine...

Recipe:
This made 4 burgers-

-375g extra lean round mince
-1 large egg
-1 large egg white
-8 multigrain crackers
(Crush to bits in a towel, 2/burger)
-1tsp salt
-1tsp crushed black pepper
-1tbls basil
-1tbls thyme, paprika, turmeric

Pick ur choice of buns based on ur macros and ENJOY LADS ! 😁

Izzy (powerliftingtowin) was mentioning how Candito needs more volume in his opinion. But when you're benching 3 days a week and squating two days a week it sure seems like a ton of volume. Especially the heavy squat days where you're doing 6-10 sets of heavy 3 reps. Just wondering how you think the volume in the program has been so far. I've just been adding a few extra sets of CGBP and minimal accessory work.

@SRorhrbac0808 Deads are with squats days. Its more a lower body day. So you're pulling 2-3x/wk, squatting 2-3x/wk, and benching 2-3x/wk.
