Just a few questions that randomly popped into my mind as I'm snacking on these original Wheat Thins:

1) Is swimming considered cardio?
I know it's a full body workout, but really, is it cardio?

2) Are unassisted pull-ups easier to do when you weigh less?
I have all this upper body strength, and I can knock out a few unassisted neutral grip pull-ups. Though I haven't done so in awhile, but I'm just wondering if it'd be easier to pull myself up if I weighed less.

3) Do you like Wheat Thins?

4) Do you like Hov?
If not, you are not a gangsta.

1) yup definitely cardio. Great alternative for sprints as a form of HIIT and much easier on the joints.

2) Yes. Your pulling less weight up so your required to do less work.

3)Fan of rye bread thins which are similar.

4) if you mean Jay-Z then no.

I'm bored damn it

@oceanair
1) Of course, its a cardiovascular exercise that escalates the heart rate over a period of time.

2)Yes they will be easy BUT this will also depend on how extremem and how far u are into dieting... but its generally pushing movements that struggle more while dieting.

3)No idea never tasted them.. guessin their like crackers.

4) Sounds like artillery in the army.

1: Don't know. When I'm in the water I usually just float.

2: Well, when I was only 200lb I could do 12-13. Now I'm 225lb and can only do 9 and I'm def stronger now. But I don't train them regularly enough.

3: Yes. Also the new Wheat Thins "Popped" ones are really good. Try them!

4: Hov? Guess I'm not gangsta.

(1) Swimming is a form of cardio. Mind you moving from my desk would be a form of strenuous cardio

(2) When I am able to do a single unassisted pull-up, I'll let you know.

(3) Say what?

(4) Yes indeed, one of the best.

2)I know there's a huge difference in difficulty when the extra weight is from extra bodyweight (due to refeeds/water retention/etc) compared to tying the same amount of poundage from weighted plates to your body with a dip belt.

Can anyone explain why?
