P/P/L routine question14955

I pretty much have it all down but I just have a few dilemmas I haven't been able to sort out.
My first question is when do you do dead lifts? I'd like to run ppl twice a week and if I do that then I'll be squatting the day after dead lifts and I just won't do that so I haven't done them in two weeks now. I've just been focusing on heavy barbell rows

And my other question is about push day. Should I always start with bench press as my first exercise and OHP for my second? Or should I alternate days and OHP before my bench every other workout?

Then don't do deads. Not a big deal. WSBB doesn't focus on deads- in fact some versions don't do them at all. -3X

Depends- do you want to improve as a bodybuilder or a powerlifter? Bodybuilders train muscles; powerlifters train movements. -3X

I do ppl one time through I squat heavy, then on pull I do normal pull movements rows pull ups ect. The next time through ppl I take it easy on legs do calves light squats speed work ect but on pull day I do heavy deads.

There's nothing wrong with that at all. If you bench first, I'd advise higher rep OHP after, and if you OHP first, higher rep bench after. -3X
