FinalFlash running Cube Kingpin14887

Today is Day 1 of me using the Cube Kingpin method! I'm switching over from the 5/3/1 program, which I thought was terrific, because I heard the Cube is excellent for peaking. I'm competing in my first Powerlifting meet in October! Wanted to give this program a try. I will be using 90% of my maxes (Is this the correct way to do it?) and Squatting on Monday, Benching on Wednesday, and Deadlifting on Friday.

Interested in hearing everyones opinions, experiences, thoughts, and suggestions relating to this!

Here are my lifts for the next 10 weeks

Should be based off of 95% maxes, also that doesn't look like kingpin, rather the original cube method If anything, though I'm not even sure It's that from a glance?

Thought it was 90% like 5/3/1? Also I have the ebook but this site basically sums up the program. Check it out

Reread the book, explosive work Is not 8X3 on weeks 4-9, heavy work Is not 5 X2 on weeks 4-9 and rep day is not 3X8 12 on weeks 4-9, the cube method ebook does not contain kingpin, rather the original cube method, strong365 does.

Do you by chance know the routine in Strong365? If so, could you help me set up the program or direct me to running it correctly?
