Should a Do Powerlifting After Cut?14854

After finishing my 1st yr of training and a cut I was thinking of bulking again and doing powerlifting OR strength training on off season.. Read it helps mature the muscle from within since mine are just noob gains.. ANY ADVICE PLEASE

Haha, I think I know what he means.

Basically you can put on size without developing much true strength. I think, in your case @ezvmoneybeast, it probably would be a good idea to focus on strength for a while. You can do this while remaining lean. Then when you bulk again in the future you'll have the ability to put on much more size cause you'll be able to push much heavier weight for more volume.

Anyway, how old are you and what are your stats for deads, squats, bench, and OHP?

Maybe jump on 5/3/1 or another nice structured program and run it for at least 4-6 months.

Hahah you get me wanabe... Atm i nevera maxed my bench squat or dlift.. I'm 21btw n I'll update stats for deads squats etc.. Thanks btw
