You didn't meet your macros. Like say your on a bulk similar to me and you're not even close to meeting them do you still train?

It's just 1 day man. If I miss my macros I will still hit the gym hard and then get my cals back on track the next day

If I don't hit my macros I just make sure to hit them the next day, no changes.

I'm confused. If you're still awake and you can sit here at the keyboard to ask this question, why can't you just get up and go make some food to hit then? Am I missing something here? Seems pretty obvious, just go eat and yes still train.

lmao well i wasn't being serious. i only take a rest day if i feel sick or have seriously bad cramps. but nah, i always train during shark week. i bet you boys would cry if you went through what we do lol.

If you don't wanna train just say so, don't blame it on the calories

On the serious note, I sometimes have the similar feeling if I fuck up my diet, feel like I shouldn't go to the gym. But I go anyways since it's only in my lazy ass head.

You should train regardless of anything. Even when trapped inside from snow I had to figure out a way to work out at home. Then walk miles in the snow to the store to grab bulking foods

You arent always going to hit your macros every single day of life....if so you live a very mundane life style. Its all about balance so to answer your question of course you still train. Meeting your macros is what you want day in day out but meeting them everyday is just not realistic sometimes.
