I'm done with crossfit. It's a great place to go for a month once every three months because they seriously put your body to the test and correct your technique -- of course, a personal trainer can do this as well, possibly for cheaper.

Anyways, my idea now is to create my own adaptable program with modules.

Sort of like PHAT. But why stop at power and hypertrophy?

I'd like to do something along the lines of:
2 days strength
2 days hyper (so there are three hyper work groups that would rotate every week)
1 day olympic lifting (working different progressively to different movements) and endurance training

My question is: what are your thoughts?
(I like strength, but I don't care if I raise 5kg to my lifts in two months or a year.)

Why not incorporate your olympic lifting into your power days? I feel like you're trying too hard to compartmentalize your routine with the above. -3X

@eknight do you mean accessorizing on power days with olympic lifting?

I figured eventually it'd start to seem this way if I add too much. And I don't want to be all over the place. I do however really enjoy all three of those modules.
