@the1 swear by neutral grip chins weighted if u can.
It's something i really need to work on myself.
Single arm rows are always great i find for lat contraction.

The outer edge is from the lats but the "tree" itself is your erector spinae. Movements that involve back extension (deads, supermans, hyperextensions) and low body fat are what you need. -3X
