Personally i ran ppl with deadlifts on pull day.

Heavy squats and deadlifts are a nightmare one after the other for most people.

@Trev182 I would typically agree, but he's only doing 3 sets of each.

Personally, I have deads on their own day entirely as it's balls-to-the-wall kinda shit. After deads I just throw in a few other filler accessories and I'm done.
