So I've been into fitness for a few years now. I'm 21 and to date I've lost about 25kg.
I don't mind how my body looks now but I just feel a little stuck in a rut. I do cardio and weights 3-5 times a week and eat relatively healthy. But I have a sweet tooth.
so if anyone could recommend so workout programme and dieting tips that would be great. My goals is to become super toned. I naturally have an hour glass figure and I want to accentuate it. I don't want to be a twig. I want to be fit and lean and strong
