Does anyone ever focus on building a strong core for sports? If so what would you say are the best moves for building a strong core (other than heavy compound lifts)?

@Duncan88 Ab rollouts, weight crunches, leg raises and knee raisies (be care full here though if u sit alot daily these can add to back problems).
