First time cutting please help.14464

As the title illustrates, this is my first time cutting and I've chosen to cut at a slow rate of 1.2kg a month. Currently weight 71.7kg at 13% bodyfat, 6.2inch wrist size. Following the PHAT format of training, as well as a 300-400 calories deficit in nutrition.
I would be grateful if someone could predict how much muscle loss will I have during this process?

Wrist size? wotm8

Also, you will lose zero muscle mass because you didnt specify how long of a cut. Therefore im assuming a 12 minute cut.

In retrospect, you will lose 80% muscle mass.
Because you decided to cut for 97 years.

If you're a "hardgainer" why are you cutting?

Id think youd want to bulk and get those muscles popping being an ecto and all you probably dont need a cut right away.

I'm 5ft9.5, 6.1 inch wrist size... been weightlifting for almost a year- 6 months of messing around and 3 months of 1st attempt bulking (with nutrition calorie count and PHAT routine in place). So really 71-72 kg is not atrociously thin in comparison to my frame. But I'm simply cutting for the summer to benefit from a lean look.

@_RudeCrew apologies I just think of it as such a negative asset that I tend to emphasise it alot

Idk anything about wrist sizes. Have you researched this site and the FAQ section about macros, dieting etc? Are you sure you were properly inputting your nutritional information (measuring, weighing) or were you guessimating

In terms of my macros, I've did trail and errors and I'm pretty sure I know whereabouts my equilibrium lay - 3350kcals a day. Around 50/30/20 carbs/fats/protein. plus I normally just hit 30g of fibre per day

Buuuuuulk!... You prob put on very little muscle in 3 months of serious training/ bulking... It'll be like wasting a yr of lifting specially since you're a hard gainer
