Backround- 145 lbs at 5'8" current one rep maxes bench - 185lb. Squat- 245lb. Deadlift- 280lb.
Will be doing something like upper lower off push legs pull off repeat. Thanks for anyone who follows along. I hope to gain some weight and size.
