Pwrlifting vs bodybuilding for bulk14052

Hi there. I am wondering if powerlifting routine (5/3/1 in my case) is as good as a bodybuilding routine for building muscle mass? If I hit macros, won't any lifting style make me "grow"? Even if it is proven less effective I'd still stick to my powerlifting training routine cause I'm having way more fun doing it then I would doing other training style.. Just interested to see if anything would prove that "bodybuilding" is better then poweĊ•ifting using the same diet.

Stick with your powerlifting routine since you enjoy it. If you have read the thread link I posted, you will have realized that strength & hypertrophy both build equal amounts of mass. Take a good look at powerlifters, do they look small to you?

Another option is to run a hybrid routine such as PHAT.
