Was wondering what is a good replacement for rack chins? Can't really do those in my gym to be honest..

Also wondering for the power days. The auxiliary exercises are those supposed to be 90% 1rm as well? for 6-8 reps or just 75% like hypertrophy days?

Whichever weight is challenging for that rep range, never really used percentages I just progressively overloaded. If you can do 3x8 then it's too easy, go up by 5lbs, if you're struggling and end up doing 6 x 5 x 4 on a 3x6-8 set then it's time to go down in weight
