Im a big fan of thoracic bridges. I like the 'advanced' flow version he does; it reminds me of a lot of vinyasa from yoga.

I just started doing Joe DeFranco's 3D band pull a parts that you mentioned earlier in this thread. Those totally kick ass. Such a better use of pre-hab time.

@NorIda I started doing them in the morning, feels amazing, takes less than a minute and I'm all loosey goosey to go get nekkid in the shower

@databas1c Yeah I've seen it, might as well post it up real quick for reference

I have the flexibility for most of it, just hard to remember all the movements with no practice haha

I love those, do 20-30 pulls before my benching/OHP days and I feel set for life!
I've been doing ungodly amounts of band work every other day, my shoulders have never felt better and since looking into mobility it feels like my posture has improved immensely.

Gonna post this for @cardinal on his thread but also putting it here for reference (I've got this thread bookmarked for days that I have extra time and want to work on flexibility/mobility )
