Replace weighted dips in PHAT13392

Pieterv private msg quote post Address this user
Het guys,

My first post but been Reading on this site for longer time. I Will post more in the future & try to help other people aswell. But for now my question

For what can i replace weighted dips in the PHAT program on upper power day. I can perform this movement with +18Kg but iT hurts. Reason for this is that i broke my collarbone and that is the place where iT hurts so for what can i replace this movement?

Incline dumbbell press an idea?
Or close grip bench press?

I hope you guys can help me and i Will help other guys as much as i can on this forum in the future.

The dip in the PHAT program is used as a chest exercise. Switch it with either dumbbell or barbell - decline press.

Decline bench presses will most closely approximate the movement, but I'd caution you in using them for that exact reason. Any pressing movement should be useful. -3X
