Pulled A Muscle Taking A $hit....13314

Only me; I've had a strained illacus/psoas muscle on my right side for a while. Trying everything and doing everything I can to heal it (along with some other injuries) but its taking a long time. Nevertheless, the illiacus(V muscle area) pain comes and goes. I havent had pain in a few days and then this morning I get up and take my usual morning excretal expenditure and while pushing the damn thing tweaks/pulls slightly on me.

I hope im not the only one thats pulled a muscle droppin a load but I had to share this because it boggles me how I get myself in these conundrums.
