Broke a PR today on bench, 325. Just a 5 pound PR, and my coefficient is not as good as it has been in the past. But, I'm pumped either way. 176 this A.M. puts me at a 1.84 coefficient... 2x soon!

Thanks man! I went for 330 and failed on my lockout. If I were fresh I don't think I'd have any problem! So I did reverse band bench and worked up to 405 for a single haha.

That is correct. If you keep working hard and stay dedicated you will bench that in a few years. It takes patience!

I have in the past, it's been about 15 months since my last comp. Between school, and two jobs it makes it difficult to prepare for one how I would like. They are also pricy. My 100% Raw, and USAPL memberships have lapsed so I need to renew them before I can compete again. I would like to do one in the summer, it's just finding a comp that is near me.

I'm also more focused on putting some quality size on so my main lifts are always in the strength range but my accessory and auxiliary are volume based. I would have to switch up my training which I don't really wanna do at the moment, I'm seeing gainz and want to make the most of the first successful lean bulk I have been able to do.
