Hi guys,

I will add my training routine, food diary and my results regularly.

My workout is:
Squats: 5x5
Benchpress: 5x5
Dead lift: 5x5
Clean and Press: 5x5

Last workout (1/3/2014):
Squats:
5x125kg, 5x130kg, 5x135kg, 5x135kg, 5x140kg
Benchpress:
5x112,5kg, 5x115kg, 5x117,5kg, 3x120kg, 2x122,5kg
Dead lift:
5x135kg, 5x140kg, 5x150kg, 5x160kg, 5x165kg
Clean and Press:
5x55kg, 5x60kg, 5x62,5kg, 5x65kg, 5x50kg

I change my training routine every month. I use heavy weights and low reps. This helped me a lot!

Same with me. I feel a lot better and am hitting PR's every day. I just dont say anything on here about it cause everyone here hates it.

Fair play great results man i do advocate higher fats then the standard 0.3-0.5/lb in fairness bro. I just think how low yours are is to an extent where it can be troublesome in the long run.

Guys, this is just an diet for 1 - 2 months. It is a low carb diet. I have 6 days low carb and 1 day "cheat day" with a lot of carbs to restart my metabolism.

Why do you think? I gonna see today. I gonna workout with this diet first time this general 5x5 workout, but last year I had a great results, bigger strenght and I lost 7% of fat.
