Ultimate Aesthetic Split/Routine?12951

What is the absolute best split or routine for aesthetics only? Reason I ask this is because I have a medical condition and I can only lift weights in the 10 or more rep range. I am currently doing SHAT (Speed Hypertrophy Adaptive Training) because Layne said I should to 6x3 speed work on what would be my power days.

What do you think the best split or routine is for aesthetics goal?

IMO, there is no "perfect" routine for this. It's mostly diet. Almost any properly structured routine is going to get you where you want to be; it's not like using one routine over another can change the shape of your muscles or how they appear.

And, yes, SHAT is funny. -3X

Are you doing PHAT? That should work.

Also get your diet right and track your progress...if you don't do that then even the perfect "routine" is not going to work. Overall calories are just as or more important than eating enough protein. And going in lifting the same weight or trying to lift more on some days when your "feeling it" isn't a good way to progress. And be consistent!
