Ok so my real weight is 69.5kg!! That's the 10kg mark of the bulk. I don't feel 10kg bigger though

Personally I would, ive never really done dips after dislocating my shoulder so they cause me pain anyway. Plenty other accessory movements out there.

@Hamer93 if you don't really have a sticking point but more lack of endurance try something such as decifict deadlifts which are harder for a few weeks then go back to normal and try again, also new thread soon!!

I think the only reason I didn't hit the 5th was my legs are so tight and cramped up. Also like I said I was a bit tired from being up earlier than usual.
