63kg, 5'11 so I'm a skinny runt!
Doing Phat, stats are low, don't know exact 1rm but I guess around this:
Bench 60
Squat 80
Dead lift 75/80

Well it makes sense if I'm training nearly every other muscle at low rep day and high rep day to do it with calfs as well!

Yeah I think mine are gunna be sore lol!

Fair enough as it's quite understandable to only take advice off of guys that are huge and strong as fuck, just really annoys me if they completely disregard my opinion. I try to stay clear of the diet and training talk at college and just let them enjoy their bro splits and shit diets
