4x4-6, don't really have a swt percentage just try t go up in wpight/ volume each week

When should one do floor press? to improve lockouts when stuck with benching? Or just an overall good exercise? Or is it wasted on a person like me with who is still a noob?

@Devil82 I would say all both as a good movement for handling heavy weight and for getting last sticking points. You can certainly do them if you're comfortable with the movement. For beginners, sometimes board presses are easier in terms of control. -3X
