For me my worst body part is chest , refuses to grow so I have totally changed my routine up on chest day and also hit it twice ago . Has made a difference , but still missing alot of thickness . Specially on side chest pose ,

Ye one of my strongest lifts just wasn't blessed with great chest genetics , I'm very shoulder dominant so that has always been a problem trying to isolate chest minimising shoulder input of course u will get some shoulder activation but have really focused on isolating my chest and has worked well ,
