Hello peeps

just an update..We had a baby girl so all over the place over the past month or so

HArdly any gym over that period..but kept my diet in check at 24000kcals..got down from 82 to 77.5 kgs..

now I am planning to get back in the gym up until the new years..when I go back home for a much needed holiday...

Any suggestions on the ideal plan of action to get some muscle and get those abs more visible

Since i am on a cut...regarding the program..is it effective and advisable to follow a Strength/Hypertrophy based program like PHAT or 5/3/1/PHAT...or go on a completely Hypertrophy based program where the rep range is 12-15?
