Hey, so I've been off the gym for about 7 months now and want to come back allthough it's hard, all motivation is gone and it doesn't help that i'm are weaker than ever! But mostly my problem lies in my decisioning, so please help me out!
I can't decide what kind of program I should jump into, I don't want to force myself on a 5 day program just yet since my motivation isn't quite there. Also been wondering back and forth alot wether I should go for a hypertrophy program or try build up a better foundation with a stength probram, what do you think would be most optimal? Please help me out, anything would be apprectiated!

Before the break I had been lifting for a year straight.
guesstimate on the lifts now (bar included):
Bench: 70 kg (154 lbs)
Squat: 80 kg (176 lbs)
Deadlift: 100 kg (220 lbs)

If you're still a newbie you should do Starting Strength 5x5's. You'll still gain muscle, as well as strength for when you decide on a hyper program later on.

Yeah starting strength is only 3x per week. Prob a good fit for you.

How much do you weigh?
