Hi!

I was just wondering is there a sepcific PL program You use. I was just wondering because i want to change PHAT to something else like a 4 day split?

Any suggestions?

I dont use it myself but I guess Jim wendler 5/3/1 would fit you kinda well

Jim Wendler 5/3/1 is a great program
You could put Starting Strength into a 4 day split. Type in Google Russian or Bulgarian powerlifting routines

Alot of people rate strongman 5x5, Phd-4... combo of strength and PHAT.

I've previously used PHAT and 5/3/1 and got grey results. Phat gave me more mass though. Hit lots of PRs with 5/3/1 though.
