I highly doubt your legs are "ok" but what are your stats?

Like max lifts, weight, height

Arms: 8-10kg
Chest: Crossovers: 30kg and benchpress: 30 kg
Legs: 150 kg in sets.
I'm 170 and weights 60 kilograms :-)

Look into Jason Blaha 5x5. It will help with size and strength. But do not skip out on legs. Trust me.
