Hamstring Activation In Squats12510

I'm currently running a DUP style program where i am squatting 4 times a week, I have RDL's and lying hamstring curls after two of the squat days. Is there enough hamstring involved in squats coupled with the RDL's and Lying Curls not to cause a muscular imbalance with the quads and hammies

We don't have enough information on the volume tbh, but it doesn't sound like there should be an issue, especially considering most DUP Programs are short term.

I would say you're likely fine. The quad-ham imbalance is usually only an issue if you're the guy who does 5 sets each of leg press, squats, extensions, and hacks, and then finishes off with 5 sets of prone leg curls thinking that's enough. -3X
