DB Row
Preecher curl
Cable curl

Legs A

Leg curl (hamstrings)
Lunges
Calves

Push A
Flat bench
Incline DB
Ohp
Lat raise
Weighted dips
Over head rope extension

Push B
FLat Bench
Incline Flys
DB OHP
Lat raise

I just push things on push day pull things on pull day and squat on leg day. I do alternating power/hypertrophy on power I use the 531 method since its easy and works.
