|I'm currently running wendler's original 5/3/1, and have been for some time. I've seen great strength results, but I don't think its the best program whilst on a cut.
I'm considering starting PHAT or P/L/L, but I also just saw @AarronStenner post about a new/updated 531 program. Anyone have preferences/pros/cons? I realize no program is the "best", and that as long as I put in work and stick to my nutrition I'll see results. Just curious what you guys would recommend.

|I just started Cube Boss and I haven't been this sore in a fucking minute. I can smell the Myofibrillar and slight sarcoplasmic hypertrophy gains.
Nawh, but seriously. I've tried quite a few programs because nothing seems to kick my ass. Cube Boss is doing exactly that.
