I like this video. I dont like the way the 'upper chest' debate is always so difinitive. We all know that there is only one chest muscle. But there is nothing wrong with calling the upper part 'upper chest' - and IMO different angles definitely do hit the chest fibres differently - how much of a difference this could make to chest development is probably minor. But i always like hearing different views on things. Nice post
