Hey there, i dont know if this thread will do any good or not.

But i would like to hear YOUR tips from your push/pull/leg routine, maybe some tweaks u have made along the way? how you vary things etc.

Just felt like creating a thread where we have a nice discussion about this wonderful split which i love and think is optimal

Push, pull, tug on these nuts!

Haha sorry. Jk.

But I found when I did ppl over a year ago I had to keep volume extremely low or I need a Deload like every 3 weeks or extra days off. I honestly didn't like it so much. There are tons who do though.

Haha.

Well, if there is one thing i dont love about p/p/l is that u are always pre-exhausted for shoulders and triceps for example.

So u wont hit em with full power at each exercise. But i guess that dosent matter for gainz anyway

I've honestly never felt that i need a deload week tho, but that may be beacuse im just lazy and take like 2 days off sometimes between cycles haha..
