Need help with PHAT12200

Tought of starting Phat today every thing seemes fine but the rack chins Iam pretty sure i will not be able to do them at the gym iam going to. so anyone knows a good substitute for them?

And also could I change the DB flat press to BB?

I know you are supposed change as little as possible as it is a program that is proven to work, Iam just trying to get my Flat BB bench up at the same time.

when i did phat i did pull up instead of the rack chins and on power day i did bb press and on hyp day i did db press coz like that it is more easy in my opinion ,

@GStarRaw ofcourse It would increase my bench but I dont think it is optimal...

Why can't you do rack chins? No Smith machine? Pull ups are not the same as rack chins. IMO, not an adequate replacement. -3X

@ek Iam just done With workingout and decided to follow the program to the spot even With rack chins i found à place where i could do them worked out just fine! Cheers
