Lower power

Deads: 3x5 120kg
Leg press: 2x10 160kg
Leg ext: 1x10 60kg 2x10 70kg
Leg press calf raise: 2x20 120kg

Couldn't get to grips with the hamstring curl at this gym. In hindsight this would have been a good time to introduce ab work on lower days. Glad i got the 5 on 120 on deads though without my grip slipping, could have definitely gone heavier.

Back&shoulder hypertrophy

Bent over rows: 6x3 60kg
Wide chins: 3x10
V grip pull down: 3x12 40kg
Cable uprs: 3x8 20kg
face pulls: 3x15 10kg
Smith shrugs: 3x15 60kg
Lateral raises: 3x15 6kg

Really unstructured again. Finding it hard training with a friend. I'll have to try and focus a bit more. Despite that I was reasonably happy today. I felt my traps and rear delts needed some more attention anyway.

Raised barbell side bends: 12kg 2x8

Pretty shitty to be honest, lacked motivation and focus.

Chest & Arms hypertrophy

Bench: 6x3 50kg
Flat dbs: 2x10 30kg
Chest press: 3x14 40kg
Barbell curl: 3x8 37.5kg
Straight bar push down: 2x15 45kg
DB skulls: 3x12 10kg

A little progression, reasonably happy with this. Starting to get used to training with a friend a sticking to a plan.

Upper body power

Bench: 3x5 82.5kg
WG Chins: 2x8 10kg
Bent over rows: 3x5 90kg
OHP 3x8 47.5kg 3x8
Chest press 3x15 40kg

Another odd one but really happy with the progress. The last set of rows the bar starting rolling and the reps weren't great though. Too burned for arms but this is a step back to where I should be.

Weighing 78kg @ 14%

Lower power

Squats: 3x3 120kg
Leg press: 2x6 150kg
Leg extnsions: 2x10 60kg
Leg curl: 3x10 50kg
RDL's: 3x8 70kg

No huge numbers but feels great to be back to a near enough full lower workout with some structure. Could have gone heavier with squats and leg press but didn't want to sacrifice the rest of the session just in case.

I had 3 very average sessions over the weekend, no real progress and no time to log so I'm jumping straight to today.

Bench: 82.5kg x 3 5, 3, 3
Decline db press: 25kg 2x10
Bent over row: 90kg 3x5
Wide chins: 15kg 2x6
DB row: 30kg 2x10
Overhead press: 40kg 3x8
DB skulls: 10kg 3x10
BB curl: 35kg 3x8

Today was the first day back at my normal gym so was interesting to see how the weights felt. I dropped a few reps on bench, my shoulders were pretty fatigued. No real progress but it makes a nice change for my lazy self to start completing workouts again, now I've just got to keep it up.

Stand calf raise: 2x12 50kg

Reasonably happy with today. Deadlifts were fine but we've got new bars at my gym and the grip is razor sharp, don't like using straps for deads so I'll have to think of something else.
